Mushroom Identification Walk this Saturday, 3pm
Join local mushroom expert and educator, Stephanie Doyle from the Mushroom Company in Tamworth, to learn about the vital role that mushrooms play in ecosystems and learn to identify edible mushrooms in the area. Take photos of what you see and upload them to iNaturalist (citizen science app) to help the Association further our database of species found in the Watershed. Come explore the Linda Baldwin Preserve with members and Stephanie.
We will meet at Fernald Crossing Station off Rt 109 to walk via the Rail Trail to the Linda Baldwin Preserve. Register for the event on Facebook, or by calling the office. No registration is required, but we would like to know how many of our members plan to attend. Hope to see you there!
